About Hickseed Ltd.

Hicks Farms was established in 1908 by Christian Larsen who immigrated from the country of Norway.

Hickseed Ltd. is located in Mossbank, Saskatchewan. Dale and Leslie Hicks currently operate the farm and Barry Hicks operates the livestock and seed division. There are currently 5+ staff working full time.

Hicks Farms has beef cattle as well as operates a conventional seed production and an organic grain farm. Martha and Albert Hicks retired from farming in 2004. Martha still lives on the farm and feeds her 20+ cats.
